Cancellation Policy

Refunds, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions: You will have a maximum of 10 minutes from the start time of your appointment to call, otherwise your appointment will be forfeited and no refund OR reschedule will be granted. If you need to cancel, reschedule, request a refund, or have any other inquiries, please contact no less than 48 hours prior to session. Sessions booked same day or less than 24 hours prior to session, will be taken into consideration. For sessions booked days in advance; you must cancel your appointment no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment's booking time for a full refund. Booking day cancellations would only allow for a reschedule, not a refund. There may be a $50 cancellation fee depending on the circumstance and if there have been 2 or more cancellations. 3 cancellations or more within a 12 month period would only allow for a reschedule, not a refund. Full refunds will be granted for first time cancellations and if the cancellation was made 48 hours prior from booking date. In that case, taxes/processing fees will not be refunded only the full session amount. In all circumstances, refunds or reschedules will not be granted if the session has been missed or if the session has been completed in full. It is the client's responsibly to express dissatisfaction within the first 10 minutes. In the very unlikely event that there is no connection within the first 10 minutes of the session, Scott will end session and issue a full refund. Scott is very pleased to announce; that has only occurred twice in over a decade.
