REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sessions with Scott Cruz are scheduled appointments that reserve time exclusively for each client.

 

Late Arrival and Missed Sessions
Clients have a maximum of 10 minutes from the scheduled start time of their appointment to join or call. If a client does not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered missed and the appointment will be forfeited. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, reschedule, request a refund, or have any other inquiries regarding your appointment, you must contact us no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

For sessions booked several days in advance, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment in order to receive a full refund of the session fee.

Sessions booked the same day or less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled session may allow for a reschedule but will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of up to $50 may apply depending on the circumstances and if there have been two or more cancellations.

If a client has three or more cancellations within a 12-month period, future cancellations may only allow for rescheduling and will no longer qualify for refunds.

 

Refund Eligibility
Full refunds will be granted for first-time cancellations when the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, taxes and payment processing fees may not be refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Completed Sessions
Refunds or reschedules will not be granted once a session has been completed in full.

 

Client Satisfaction
If a client feels that the session is not a good connection, it is the client’s responsibility to express this within the first 10 minutes of the session.

In the rare event that there is no connection within the first 10 minutes, Scott will end the session and issue a full refund. Scott is pleased to note that this situation has occurred only twice in over a decade of professional practice.

 

Booking Responsibility
To help ensure a meaningful session experience, clients are encouraged to book only if they genuinely resonate with Scott’s work and feel aligned with the services offered. Please ensure you are prepared and ready at the scheduled time of your appointment.
