Stop carrying those burdens.

Many of us already know, all because we cannot see it, doesn't mean its not there or doesn't exist. The same goes for the burdens we bear and carry. All because you physically can't see your burdens, worries, and fears, do not mean they do not exist or play an active role to where your life is heading/headed. Sometimes we feel that acknowledging the fear will give the fear more power. So instead we throw it in the back of our brains or put it behind us. Because that fear is still attached to us, we continue to carry it making it heavier and heavier and harder and harder to move forward. Then we continue to fight the feeling that it is causing us, thus giving it more weight and more power. Think about it for a moment. If a baby is screaming and wont stop, will ignoring the baby solve the baby's cries? No. The screams will become louder and louder until you do something about it. Fear may not be as loud and obvious, but it can silently bring doubt and restrict you from being who and what you really want to be. It prevents you from getting and attracting all that you want. The goal is to stop, acknowledge that fear/burden. Look at it head on and call it out. Acknowledge how it makes you feel and what it is doing to you. Fear will never fight back. Fear is fear therefore, when you confront fear, the fear will be fearful of your strength! Think about it! Acknowledge, confront, then replace. Replace that fear with the manifestation of what you truly want and desire. Talk to your mind, and call it out. Regain your strength. Regain your passion. Let your life be a passionate, fearless journey! -- Scott
